Labsintuition, LLC (“Labsintuition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the Physical Intelligence lab of Labs — lab 7 of Labs Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Santa Monica, California (“Labs”). This website, labsintuition.com (the “Site”), presents Labsintuition and the labs within it — Labsbotics, Labs Machines, and Factory5227 — along with related research initiatives such as Labsbot and Concordia Computer.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, when we share it, and the rights and choices available to you. It supplements, and should be read together with, the master privacy practices of Labs Companies, Inc. published at labscompanies.ai/privacy. Where this policy and the master policy differ with respect to this Site, this policy governs.
This policy applies to information collected through the Site only. It does not apply to other Labs websites, products, or services, which carry their own notices, and it does not apply to information you provide to us offline or through channels other than the Site unless we say so at the time of collection.
The Site is primarily informational and does not require an account. If you contact us — for example by emailing an address published on the Site or on another Labs property — we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
When you visit the Site, we and our first-party analytics collect certain information automatically, including:
The Site uses a minimal set of browser-storage technologies. We do not operate advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on the Site. We may use strictly-necessary storage (for example, to remember a dismissed notice or a display preference) and first-party analytics identifiers as described in Section 5. You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings; disabling storage will not prevent you from reading the Site.

We do not use information collected through the Site to serve targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
The Site uses Labslytics, Labs' own first-party analytics system, to measure aggregate usage of the Site. Labslytics is operated by Labs — not by a third-party advertising company — and the analytics data it collects (pages viewed, referrers, approximate location derived from IP, device characteristics, and interaction events) is used for the purposes described in Section 4 and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Server logs and analytics records are retained on rolling schedules and then deleted or aggregated. Correspondence is retained as long as needed to address the inquiry and maintain business records. We may retain information longer where required by law or where reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including transport-layer encryption (HTTPS) across the Site, access controls on our infrastructure, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for such transfers.
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of that information, or to object to a particular use. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, measuring aggregate usage), performance of steps you request (responding to your correspondence), and compliance with legal obligations.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 3 (identifiers, internet activity, and approximate geolocation) for the purposes in Section 4. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is required. To exercise your rights, contact us as described in Section 15.
Because the Site does not track visitors across third-party websites and does not sell or share personal information for advertising, the Site's behavior does not change in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals — the protections those signals request are already the default here.
The Site is a general-audience informational site and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to other Labs properties (such as labscompanies.ai and concordia.computer) and may link to third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Descriptions on the Site of research programs, planned systems, and future facilities — including Labsbot, Concordia Computer, and related initiatives — are informational and aspirational and involve no collection of personal information beyond what is described in this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
